Refunds and Request to change order

For students who have been selected in a Metropolitan North regional team or paid for upcoming trials, please follow the refund process:

To obtain a refund you must follow these steps:

Go to the Met North RSS Shop.
Log in and view your Dashboard then view your Order history.
Select View on the order that you'd like refunded. Select Return items or Request change to order.
Select the items you wish to be refunded.
Your refund will then be processed by our office as quickly as possible.
