Eligibility
| To be eligible to participate at this trial, students must be born 2016 to 2014 (10 years to 12 years) in the year of the state championship.
Students must be nominated via your school to be considered in the district selection process to compete at the regional selection trial.Only successful district-level applicants will receive an official invitation to participate.
NB: 10-12 Years All players should have a recognised club handicap. All players with a club handicap are encouraged to attend these trials. If insufficient starting times are available for the number of nominations received the highest handicap players will be balloted out and contacted by the Convenor should this be necessary.

Absentee application for exemption
| Applications must be received prior to the commencement of the regional selection trial. Metropolitan North School Sport reserves the right to refuse any late applications.

QRSS student officials
| Queensland School Sport actively promotes the development of students as sport officials through the QRSS student officials’ program. Students involved in the pathway are managed by an appointed Student Officials Manager.
