To get all the necessary trial information and forms, simply reach out to your school's PE teacher or sports co-ordinator. They will be ab​le to provide you with everything you need to know.

While our preferred process is for forms to be completed digitally and returned via email, we understand that schools may need to support parents during this time by accepting completed copies in various formats where necessary.
 
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this period.​

Absentee appilcation for exemption

If you are unable to attend a trial and wish to be considered for selection, speak to your school Sports Coordinator about submitting an 'Absentee application for exemption to trial'.

  • To obtain this form, please email​ Nick Jones (SSSA)
  • Applications close prior to the commencement of the trial
  • Each application is decided ​individually. Acceptance of this application is not automatic and if accepted only entitles a child to be CONSIDERED for selection
  • North District School Sport reserves the right to refuse late applications.
